COURSE DESCRIPTION
Majestic course covering mountain Medvednica up and down, left and right. The first 30 kilometers go over Plazur course, coming down to Gornje Vrapče, meadow Ponikve, abandoned Bizek quarry, arriving to the best Medvednica viewpoint – Kameni Svati. Then it connects again with Plazur trail and finishing on Hunjka meadow. Shortly – this is the course for well-experienced ultra-trail runners!
NEW in 2025 – Due to the protection of micro-localities and the sensitivity of the ecosystem, organized events may not go over the “500 Horvat’s Stairs” which are a part of this course. Therefore, we will redirect our race path after the Srnec picnic area in order to bypass the stairs.
